Collapsed Child elements problem

Hello,
I tired jsfiddle.net/neochief/KWeMM/ which has parent and child elements.
However if I add a button to parent which can collapse/expand child elements, in collapsed state when I move a parent downwards .. child elements appear incorrect.it adds all child elements to moved parent.

In expanded state, works fine, in collapsed state, wrong number of child elements appear.
