Farsi texts are not rendered correctly on some browsers

Describe the bug
Farsi or Arabic texts (I didn't test other languages to see if they have the same problem) were not rendered correctly and fell apart in badges. For example سلام دنیا will be rendered in badge something like this ا ی ن د م ا ل س but in the worst shape and the characters placed inside each other.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Any Persian or Arabic text in link or title badges:

So I wanted to be sure this is an OS-related problem, and I checked the badges with the Firefox browser on my Ubuntu OS. And suddenly everything was OK again :|
