Fix reporters to support parallel runs #4
Description
Console should not display test results progressively. This causes test output to get mixed up when running multiple tests in parallel.
- Display when a feature is about to be tested. Make this configurable.
- Display results of a given feature only after it has been tested. Make this configurable.
