Show 'chorus' indicator next to songs with a chorus in the song list

Use the marked-up chorus info to show which songs do and don't have a chorus (and thus encourage chorus songs!)

I think this will be covered by a "more chorus than verse" tag. This is a way we can identify the "chorus-heavy" ones. Just using the markup would include some odd ones - like "Salt Liberty" (currently number 89) - which, based on the markup /technically/ has a chorus, but probably isn't what you're looking for if you want to sing something with "loads of joining-in bits".
