Use newer non-rt kernel (3.10.0-1062) || tuned_packages || Not Availabe

Hi All,

I was trying to use the tuned_packages:

• http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/scientific/7x/x86_64/os/Packages/tuned-2.11.0-8.el7.noarch.rpm

as part of non-rt kernal configuration but link is not accessible , please advise
