MIS: Event Module lacks detail

The MIS of the Event Module needs more detail. I have no idea what the access programs are for or what they do based on the current MIS.

Hello Steven. Brooks has not yet had a chance to revise the previous MIS. You are correct that it is far from complete. It was while looking at it that I realized that completing proper MISes would be a good task for this summer for every project. :-)
