How to disable web search

Since I want to reuse this tool but hope to lower the cost. Is there a way to disable the web search for a local repo?

There is an option in the file customize.json. But If I remember correctly it might not achieve what you want as it only prevents web search results from being included in the prompt but does not stop running the web search + summarization using gpt--
