ImportError: cannot import name 'is_compiled_module' from 'diffusers.utils' AND Import error for Pretty Traceback

Hello everyone!
I'm newby here as many others. But I followed all the staeps and installed many modules, sometimes manually, because it won't install dependencies by the command: pip install -r requirements.txt --no-cache-dir

Once I'm running dream.py I face some troubles that stops running SD. Please help me to solve it.
ISSUES

As you can see, code ends with an error says that it can't import 'is_compiled_module'... I don't know what I'm doing wrong.. May be should reinstall something?

The computer is iMac5k late 2014 MacOS BigSur 11.7.9. Python version 3.11.3.

And I've found that I have no tensorfrow-macos installed.. And it doesn't want to be installed
