Toggle for tooltips

I get massive tooltips for common keywords like 'fn' and 'enum', which makes navigating sources using the mouse rather difficult. Can we have a toggle to turn these off?

That's a good idea. I've seen that problem myself -- those tooltips are huge.

As of the 0.8 release, tooltips for keywords have been turned off.
