Bot responds to all messages in Discord server even when restricted to mentions only or to channel #137
Description
I had to disconnect it finally because it would always respond to all messages across all channels even when mentions-only was toggled on with a specific channel ID.
It also leaks its own internal thinking and self-talk to messages:
The user is directly commanding me to be silent. I should respect this request and skip responding. This is a clear instruction to not speak.
