Report writer in Cake 6.0.0 sometimes displays weird characters in Windows on AppVeyor

This issue is very specific to Windows on AppVeyor. I have not observed this issue on my Windows laptop and I have not observed it on Ubuntu in AppVeyor either.

When I run a build script with Cake 6.0.0, I expect a summary to be displayed at the end to let me know which tasks completed successfully, which tasks were skipped, how long each task took to complete, etc. However, the summary I see contains some weird characters as you can see in this screenshot:
