Selection Prompt items duplicated when items count is 1 #1978

Describe the bug
Duplicate the selection prompt item while the selection prompt items count is 1 but you cannot switch between the duplicated one and the original, i think it is a display bug.
To Reproduce
Expected behavior
when i add one choice to selection prompt, i want to just see one selection item, not more.
