Please add a LICENSE to @splinetool/runtime package

Hi Spline team! I would like to use the runtime but the package is currently denylisted internally due to it not having a LICENSE file. I see the React packages have an MIT license, would it be possible to cut a release of the runtime with one as well?

@alelepd @superguigui @marcofugaro, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm pinging here since the code for the runtime is apparently not on Github.

@marcofugaro any thoughts on this? Is there another repo, email or someone else I could contact regarding having a license added to the runtime?
