Besides by business at Bosch I am also privately contributing to Open Source as I like the contribution model and I very much honor the community. I like and favor the approach and openness of Apache Software Foundation.

In Apache Airflow I have implemented a couple of improvements as projects (Airflow Improvement Proposals):

• AIP-50 Trigger DAG UI Extension with Flexible User Form Concept
• AIP-69: Edge Executor (Initial Name: Remote Executor)

Besides these major features I contributes with others on great features like:

• AIP-68 Extended Plugin Interface for React Views
• AIP-90 Human in the loop

Next to functional improvements I am also engaged in CI/CD, Users Examples as well as security related topics in Apache Airflow.
