vagrant machine for non-ruby developer

For a non-ruby developer, it would be really nice to run this project within a vagrant machine. Because installing ruby and gem things cause a lot of troubles which may seem trivial for ruby developer, but not for me.

I think preparing a vagrant configuration file is not a laborious task, is it?
