Description
Right now the CTC waits until the train gets to a stop before sending a signal bundle with a new authority. That signal can and should be sent as soon as the train arrives at a station.
The train will stop regardless of the new signal. The signal should be sent right away in the case when the train fails to stop at the station, it can at least pick up the new signal on the next block and continue to move.
