README edits

@cstawitz can you make sure your edits to the README.md are pushed I cannot seem to find them. My scenarios are finished and I was surprised we still had so many E0 cases, I thought we decided to get rid of them all except for a single scenario with all data types (or was it a single scenario with the least amount of data, I cannot remember).

Also I now uploaded a vbs script that will create the scenarios.csv from scenarios.xlsx without us having to resave the csv each time. Just make sure the system call is used in the runEstGrowth prior to running scenarios and everything should be good.

Just pushed the readme change. I thought we discussed removing some of the
E0 scenarios but decided against it for this run for testing purposes. My
scenarios are done too, I'll share them in a bit.
