Disable sending friend / follow / following / block notifications entirely from a server

Hi devs, thank you for working on this. Please consider adding the ability for a server to fully disable sending friend / follow / following / block notifications entirely to it's users. Perhaps users could opt-in to checking blocks as they can manually check friends and followers directly. These sort of notifications can pollute the network if you are running with open invites, especially when it can make it almost impossible for followers to notice an actual content posts amongst all of these notifications taking up 99% of the content being presented.
