Repurposing the "cmake" package on NPM

Hi Stanley. I couldn't figure out another way to reach you. I would like to propose repurposing the "cmake" package on NPM to become a TypeScript wrapper around the CMake tooling. More specifically exposing functions for generating and building projects and reading the CMake file API. With your blessings, I'd like to lead that effort.

I'm already building similar tooling in the cmake-rn package which I'd like to lift out and further generalize.
