Add option to actively not vote on a proposal (Blank vote) #6
Description
Currently, once vote is delegated, is possible to
- vote approve or reject
- not vote
In case not vote, the delegation can claim the influence. There might be specific cases where someone does not have a favor or opposite opinion, and dont want their influence to be used by delegates in any way.
A blank vote would reduce the majority quorum, equivalent for voting on both outcomes.
