Add end to end integration tests for all user flows #77
Description
Scenarios which should be covered:
- eth -> stellar withdrawal
- erc20 -> stellar withdrawal
- eth -> stellar refund
- erc20 -> stellar refund
- xlm -> ethereum withdrawal
- stellar asset -> ethereum withdrawal
- xlm -> ethereum refund
- stelalr asset -> ethereum refund
We should test both the happy path and error conditions
