Description
Streamers can keep rewards in a 'pending' state and manually approve/reject redemptions. Approval/rejection is communicated with a channel.channel_points_custom_reward_redemption.update Twitch EventSub message. We should handle this by deleting from PointsDb if the streamer rejects a redemption.
