Pause before 'Teardown' step

It would be nice to have an option (e.g. an additional flag) to pause goat before the Teardown step to be able to manually review possible issues in the final state.

I just noticed while thinking though it that there are some conceptual issues with this when executing multiple Goatfiles in a batch. Because a batch execution will execute one after another Goatfile, the respective teardowns are executed before the next file is executed. Therefore, this would pause before each teardown of each file, which might be annoying when handling a large batch of files.

I would generally think that this implementation would make most sense in combination with the --gradual feature. There, it could be implemented with another hotkey which will skip pausing at teardowns and just run thorugh, if desired.

Just some thoughts on this that I wanted to put down here real quick.
