Windows System Theme needs Windows Explorer service restarted to work #41
Description
I have two scripts enabled:
"ChangeWindowsAppTheme.ps1" and "ChangeWindowsSystemTheme.ps1"
App Themes works perfectly. However the system theme doesnt change automatically. I need to manually restart the Windows Explorer service for the system theme to change to dark mode.
