REM to njsPC connection address issue

Hi all,

My REM installation is giving out the following error and is not connecting to njsPC. It appears not to be recognizing changes to the connection server address field. Please see below. Can you help? Please note the correct address does not include a dash. Even if I put the IP address, I get the same connection error as it the address with the typo is being used consistently.

You need to hit the Reset Server button after changing any connection information. But most of the time these are networking issues. The Find Server is reporting the SSDP broadcast from njsPC so something might be going on with that machine which would explain the discrepancy between pool-panel.lan and poolpanel.lan.

You should start with a ping command from the terminal where REM lives and see if you can ping the other machine. Then try to run a simple curl to get a page. ie

I was hitting the reset and seeing the same error (see log below). Nevertheless I found the culprit to be the Pi's hostname (it did not have a dash). It was edit using raspi-config and it is all working fine now. My bad due to naming inconsistencies. Thanks.
