possible to cycle between 3 or 4 colors instead of 2?

This is probably a long shot, since this is so old, but I was looking for a tool to play around with some ideas for a hexagonal chess variant and I stumbled on this simple little beauty. everything else i've found is ... well, not really great.

I'm not a coder. I'd really like to be able to cycle through 4 colors, so i can make a traditional 3 color chess board, and highlight the units that a peice may move to.

Yep, this is pretty old, and the version of react could do with some updating. I'll take a look at some point to see if there's a quick way to achieve what you're after.
