Project detection by Linked Note - how to use it #557

I see that one of the project detection methods is Linked Note. However there is nothing in your documentation explaining how this is intended to be used. When you select it, you're supposed to fill in a field called "Category" but I have no idea what should go in there or what category this refers to.
As I mentioned in another issue, I link to projects via a Property called "Project". The value of that property is a link to the project file rather than just the name of the project.
THis seems like it might be intended for that scenario, but it's hard to know. Can you clarify?
