Spotify submits immediately instead of in 30 seconds or half the song

Just an update to this. I have a branch that fixes this issue, plus fixes other issues I found and refactors a chunk of the Spotify code to make it a bit easier to understand (at least I think so). I'll let it run for a bit on my instance, then come back to PR it.
