Landing
Static page port, with new CSS (tailwind + clsx). Since this is the first page we're redoing properly, we'll have to write a lot of components for reuse on other pages (navbar, footer, mailing list subscribe form). There's also some AOS stuff in the current version that I don't want to do right now (maybe we'll get to it after everything else is done), and the typing animation which we can use something off the shelf for.

About
Static page - ideally should be done by whoever does the landing page. It shouldn't take much time since most of this is to be copied from the landing.

We can pull the team section from the users table later or maybe do away with it entirely. For now, we'll keep it static.
