Bug: Manual stop after manual start shows as online

With v2, shellrun2 status is exposed, allowing the retrieval of current runner status. However, while being able to detect a manual running repl, it cannot detect a following manual stop.

• This shouldn't be a major issue - turning the switch off only runs kill 1

• May confuse users

• Fix this bug!
