Migrate view and route testing utilities to a dedicated tester class #1844
Description
Currently, FrameworkIntegrationTestCase has a render method and a registerViewComponent one. Those should be migrated to a ViewTester testing utility.
Similarly, the registerRoute and registerStaticPage utilities should be migrated to HttpRouterTester.
