Ensure CLI returns helpful exit codes for CI #21
Description
After adding #18, I didn't confirm if the CLI does the right thing to indicate to CI that all is well.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Confirm the cli gives helpful CI outputs
- Any 'CI' mode changes that would be helpful?
