Packaging/release

Figure out how to package and release the language.

Current idea:

- Arch package (through `PKGBUILD`)
- .NET tool (figure out how to bundle runtime)
- Windows "package" (idk how to do this properly)
- (potentially) Ubuntu/Debian package
- (potentially) Nix package (no idea how to do this)
