Potentially illegal licensing situation #3
Description
Your code contains V-USB which, unless licensed directly from OBJECTIVE DEVELOPMENT GmbH, can only be used under GPLv2, GPLv3 or both. (Note: Not GPLv2+, but either of them)
The "unit count" constraint in their paid licensing options imply to me that public releases under any other license are not allowed either way.
The homepage (DE/EN) of this software contains a restriction on commercial use, which is incompatible with either of GPLv2 or GPLv3.
I advise to properly license this software under GPLv2, GPLv3 or both, as the current situation is questionable.
