fetch_wpp_births hard coded to wpp 2019 #283
Description
fetch_wpp_births(), found in utils_downloads.R should be flexible wrt WPP versions, as other redux functions, using the same args and handling. This function is called inside rup(), found in the file interp_coh.R.
