Mac OS X doesn't have "seq" #2

@GoogleCodeExporter

Description

@GoogleCodeExporter
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run exec-wrapper and use the -a flag

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected wrapper to be generated, but got output:

/opt/local/sbin/exec-wrapper: line 46: seq: command not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
exec-wrapper 1.0.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.2.

Please provide any additional information below.
Mac OS X doesn't have the "seq" command built-in so it would be best if
exec-wrapper did not rely
on it.
