Issue when navigating back to Hub site

Hi,

I have a hub site and one site collection. The site collection is added in the hub site. I have added the left side navigation in the site collection and it is working as expected. The issue is when we move from site collection to the hub site it leaves the space blank.

ok i see .. this is the result of the app customizer css still applied even though you are not on the same site.

this was the issue posted on the other repo. I will close that there and address here.

I haven't been able to overcome this just yet. once the css is applied, it stays when you navigate. I need to be able to remove or change the css before navigating away.
