Zero Configuration?

I know your approach is Zero Configuration, but it sure would be nice to have an optional configuration.

If I get ambitious enough one weekend, I will tackle it. I basically punted because I never use configs and just roll with the Apple standard set of rules.

Happy to take a PR here though. If someone wants to load in a config via the extension's App screen, then use it in the Format/Lint funcs that would be well received by me.
