No GPU acceleration on windows

Hi, In windows I use the command "python train.py --config /path/to/your/config.yaml"
but not GPU is activated only GPU any idea why?

conda activate tunet
pip uninstall torch torchvision torchaudio -y
pip install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu118

verify that its working::
python -c "import torch; print(torch.cuda.is_available()); print(torch.cuda.get_device_name(0)); print(torch.version.cuda)"
