[Question] Transparency on Windows doesn't work, enabled in commerical version? #169

Description

Transparency in Windows makes window disappear entirely (including text).

That's known issue, some of you have told that it goes all wonky (because "GPU needs to be disabled" or something. I won't backtrack on that). And that there's a way to hack it but might not work properly (chromium, which requires Unix terminal (:|)

I was wondering if this will be worked on in near future and if it would be enabled for (commercial) version of tint2/tint3?

(post sounds little-bit aggressive, but I can't put it another way, yet, it was never meant to sound anywhere offense, sorry for that)
