[idea] provide "api adapters" for easier migration between libraries

provide as separated packages "api adapters" that will transform call in one API (axios, got, node-fetch, etc) into mappersmith call. 

That should simplify the migration for teams that already in the middle of the development, and decide to migrate to mapersmith.
