Upgrade algebraic-graphs dependency to 0.5

I would like to use pangraph in my project, but I encounter a conflict with rdf4h on algebraic-graphs (I can only use the latest version of rdf4h, which needs algebraic-graphs 0.5). Are there any plans to update pangraph's dependencies, including algebraic-graphs?

I think we should definitely upgrade to the most recent version of algebraic-graphs and I'm happy to review the PR.

Not sure if @thisiswhereitype still actively maintains pangraph, so releasing the change might take some time. I'd say pangraph is looking for co-maintainers.

Wow, cool project! Perhaps, knowing that pangraph is used at Uber will rekindle @thisiswhereitype's motivation to carry on his work on pangraph :)
