All current factions should be listed now, some will be double due to Paragon reputations. I am currently also trying to get a factionn to paragon status for testing for #12 as well. So hopefully I can cross some factions off here once I get to that point.

Slowly editing the list by adding the FactionIDs, and removing factions which don't give rep and are just placeholder factions for NPCs. Also removing the double Paragon factions and just leaving the Paragon note.

Added patch numbers starting with classic patches up till Wrath of the Lich King classic patches, this is due to some reputation quests only being available during a certain patch, or after a certain patch, which I want to build in a check, instead of only checking on expansion.
