Add non repeatable quests feature

Add non-repeatable quests to the list as well and make a difference to toggling repeatable quests and non-repeatable questst in the detail screen.

Non-repeatable quests should also disappear from the reputation frame after being completed.

Will also try and add a filter for non-repeatable quests, daily quests and repeatable quests.

Started working on this again, making some progress on getting all the reputation quests added to the detail window.
