Use Stack for building tutorials #211
Description
We currently have two parallel builds running due to the fact that we are using Stack for most of the project and Nix for the tutorials. In order to make long-term maintenance easier and reduce build times, it would be interesting to see whether it is possible to use Stack for building the tutorials as well. This may or may not be possible given the complexity of the Jupyter environment which is currently managed using jupyterWith.
