[BUG] wsl invalidarg error

**Describe the bug**
in windows, wsl, cling setup. it fails to correctly resolve windows paths

**Software Version**
windows 11 - wsl-ubuntu22.04, obsidian 1.11.4, execute code 2.1.2

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. cpp codeblock
2. run the codeblock
3. output:
```
The parameter is incorrect. 
Error code: Wsl/Service/E_INVALIDARG
```
