Remove Exceptions

I think much more exception class files is unnecessary.
If there is an error, only need to report human readable errors string.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean exactly.

IMHO exceptions are better than error strings because they allow more flexibility.

However, you might not need custom exceptions indeed. Throwing default exception is an option too :)
