Newsletter signup #1641
Description
We need to let people sign up for our newsletter but just typing into a box on our website.
beehiiv probably something we could embed but the signup should look native to The Ubyssey otherwise its cringe, so I think we should make this signup box

It sends a POST request to https://embeds.beehiiv.com/api/submit.
