What is the feature you are proposing?

We have bootstrapped a VSCode extension but haven't had the time to complete it yet. With the refactor and implementation of ucd-store-v2, we can finally get some work on it!

This is just a tracking issue, which will be closed when all remaining sub-issues have been resolved.
