Allow user to use custom port

Hello, I was wondering if the app could maybe give the user the option to specify (and more importantly, save) a custom port, so that I can just save the full URL on the other device.

Support for setting a custom port number and saving has been added to the main branch over the past couple of days. This will be available in the next release.
